MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is promising that a new ruling in Georgia will "expose everything" and vindicate those like him who have made claims about election fraud. "This is going to expose everything," Lindell told Steve Bannon on Bannon's War Room podcast Monday. "The judge has opened the door that no man can shut." Earlier this month, District Judge Amy Totenberg, an Obama appointee, issued a ruling that granted a bench trial for a long-running lawsuit seeking to rid Georgia of its electronic voting machines in favor of hand-marked paper ballots. Lindell celebrated Totenberg's ruling, which denied the state's request...

NEWS: Former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell is pleading guilty in the Georgia election subversion case, one day before her trial was scheduled to begin.

Sidney Powell, the Trump-aligned lawyer and conspiracy theorist indicted in Georgia and accused of participating in a plot to overturn former President Donald J. Trump’s election loss in 2020, pleaded guilty on Thursday morning to six misdemeanor counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference of election duties. Ms. Powell, who appeared in a downtown Atlanta courtroom, was sentenced to six years of probation for the charges, a significantly less-severe outcome than she would have faced if found guilty of the charges for which she was originally indicted, which included a violation of the state racketeering law

Sidney Powell, the attorney who used that catchphrase for her work to overturn the 2020 presidential election, pleaded guilty today to six misdemeanors in Fulton County, Georgia, as part of a sweeping racketeering case against Donald Trump and 16 others. Under the terms of the deal, Powell admitted she conspired to breach the election systems in Coffee County, Georgia. She recorded a proffer video with prosecutors that described the crimes and she agreed to testify at future cases. She also wrote an apology letter to citizens of Georgia and agreed to pay almost $9,000 in fines. The plea deal appears...

The Georgia election interference case just had an interesting new development, and it’s not looking good for attorney Sidney Powell, one of the defendants facing various charges related to efforts to change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. One of her former cohorts has seen fit to throw her under the bus, so to speak. An attorney representing former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik placed most of the blame for the debacle on Powell for making false claims about the election. A lawyer for an alleged co-conspirator in the Georgia 2020 election interference case has said that former...

Former President Donald Trump now says he won’t be holding a news conference next week to unveil what he claims is new “evidence” of fraud in Georgia’s 2020 presidential election — even though no fraud has ever been substantiated — citing the advice of lawyers as he prepares to face trial in two criminal cases that stem from his election lies. No compelling evidence of the wide-scale fraud Trump alleges has emerged in the two-and-a-half years since the election in Georgia or elsewhere, despite Trump’s baseless claims. Republican officials in the state have long said he lost fairly and three...

This is HUGE folks… I am literally bouncing a bit in my seat as I type this one. For years, I have told you my theory is that President Trump already has ALL the evidence. What evidence? Everything. Confirmation of the 2020 Election Steal (we know they watched and logged it all in realtime from that SCIF)… All the goods on the Biden Family treason… All the evidence of the multiple Unconstitutional actions taken against President Trump which also amount to Treason and election interference to name just a couple crimes…. He. Has. It. All. At least that’s been my...

Atlanta’s top prosecutor is preparing to charge former President Donald Trump with racketeering for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will formally accuse Trump, 77, of influencing witnesses and computer trespassing, The Guardian reported Friday, in what could be the former president’s fourth indictment this year. Trump made several phone calls to Georgia election officials after his electoral loss to now-President Biden, asking Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in one infamous conversation to “find” 11,780 votes to overturn his defeat in the Peach State. Willis also probed the involvement of...

But the coronavirus and its variants are still very much around, and still sometimes resulting in hospitalization and death. And the virus continues to mutate. Last week, the World Health Organization said that it was monitoring a variant dubbed XBB.1.16, or “Arcturus.” This is an Omicron subvariant, similar to the most transmissible COVID variant yet -- XBB.1.5,, nicknamed “Kraken.” And if that weren’t enough, a descendant of the new subvariant, XBB.1.16.1, has been detected in several states. (These are alarming outbreaks currently ongoing in the U.S.) To compile a list of all the states where the new COVID variant has...

In a peer-reviewed study on the real-world effectiveness of updated bivalent mRNA vaccines, researchers at the University of North Carolina's Gillings School of Global Public Health found that bivalent boosters are more effective than original monovalent boosters at preventing COVID-19 hospitalization and death. The study was published today in The New England Journal of Medicine.... ...Researchers at the Gillings School compared the incidence of severe Omicron infection resulting in hospitalization or death for individuals 12 years of age or older who received a monovalent or bivalent booster dose to those who did not. The study analyzed vaccination and infection data...

Currently authorized bivalent COVID-19 boosters demonstrated similar protection against symptomatic illness from the XBB/XBB.1.5 Omicron subvariants as from BA.5-related subvariants, according to a CDC study. From December 2022 to January 2023, the bivalent boosters' vaccine effectiveness (VE) against symptomatic infection was a similar 48% versus XBB/XBB.1.5-related strains and 52% versus BA.5-related sublineages, reported Ruth Link-Gelles, PhD, of the CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, and colleagues in Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Reportopens in a new tab or window (MMWR). Meanwhile, Pfizer's updated booster demonstrated superior neutralizing antibody activity compared with the company's original product against all the latest...

Patriot groups in Arizona are rallying to push for a new election on December 6, 2022, and so far 4 counties have said they will hold off on certifying the election results they have been given. Kari Lake recently made a lengthy statement about the status of the election results. There were serious issues in Maricopa County on November 8. Due to the incompetence of Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs, tabulators were down, printers ran out of ink, and long, long lines kept Republican voters waiting to cast their ballots. Republican voters were told to drop their ballots into a...

Kraken, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, will pay employees four months' worth of wages to leave if they disagree with its values, according to The New York Times. In a Wednesday report detailing internal cultural turmoil at the company, the publication cited interviews with Kraken employees who recounted "hurtful" comments around preferred pronouns and demeaning statements toward women, among other incendiary remarks, made by CEO Jesse Powell. The employees also said Powell held a companywide meeting on June 1 in which he unveiled the program, called "Jet Ski," designed to incentivize employees to leave if they don't believe...

The Golden City is losing its shine as one of the largest United States-based cryptocurrency exchanges closes its San Francisco-based headquarters. Kraken CEO, Jesse Powell retweeted that Kraken will close its global headquarters on 548 Market Street, in the center of San Francisco. In the retweet shared by a San Francisco-based political commentator, Richie Greenberg, the decision cites that: “We shut down Kraken’s global headquarters on Market Street in San Francisco after numerous employees were attacked, harassed and robbed on their way to and from the office.”Cointelegraph reached out to the Kraken team for comment and will update if and...

There had to have been an audio component to the CGI too. I was two blocks away and heard the second plane go in. Maybe there were giant loudspeakers set up nearby broadcasting the sound of a jumbo jet flying perilously low overhead. If so, the plotters did a great job. The audio was really convincing. Anyone who’s stuck by Wood on his election trutherism despite his flirtations with QAnon and assorted insanity probably won’t cut him loose upon discovering that he’s a 9/11 Truther. But I offer the clip anyway in the spirit of hope. The crowd is quiet...

A group led by Sidney Powell, an attorney who claimed last year's election was stolen from then-President Trump, raised nearly $15 million in the months after Trump's defeat while contesting the election, an investigation by The Washington Post reveals. The Post cited a financial statement filed in Florida last month by the Powell group, Defending the Republic, that said it had raked in $14.9 million between Dec. 1, 2020 and July 31 of this year. Roughly $5.6 million of those funds were used to cover legal fees and finance unidentified awards and grants, according to the Post.

Federal prosecutors have issued a subpoena demanding, as part of a criminal investigation, the financial records of several fundraising organizations founded by former federal prosecutor and Trump attorney Sidney Powell in the wake of the 2020 presidential election. The grand jury subpoena was issued by the U.S. attorney's office for the District of Columbia in September and demanded communications and other documents regarding the fundraising of several groups, including Defending the Republic, according to The Washington Post.

The purpose of this article is not to mock, ridicule, or insult. Nor am I here to gloat or say, “I told you so.” Instead, I want to make a simple, two-fold appeal: First, can we be realistic and recognize that Trump will not be restored to the White House by some kind of military act or miraculous event (other than simply running again in 2024)? Second, can we be mature enough to acknowledge our errors, learn from our mistakes, and move on? In short, can we make this a teachable moment? When I announced on the radio on January...
