Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The crowd is already gathering outside the American Airlines Center for the Trump campaign rally tomorrow evening. Among those in the small crowd that is slowly building, this group of women talked to us about why they came out so early. “Mr Trump, President Trump. [What are some of the things that you support that he’s done?] Oooh so much, (the wall), the wall for sure… security … he brought faith back out in the community … all of the above and being able to say God again.” The women, mostly strangers before today are from Des...

Especially from the "progressive" network's supporters, it's funny to see how carefully scrutinized our Air America coverage has routinely become. What's not mentioned, however, is how AAR's harshest critics are increasingly on the left. Originating with Marc Maron's on-air protests concerning his upcoming "Morning Sedition" removal, a deep liberal divide has recently begun to emerge concerning the network's future. Normally, a radio talk host marked for termination doesn't stick around for two months to complain about it. Nasty as it may seem, standard procedure is an instant programming schedule disappearing act......

About 400 KLIF listeners peaceably assembled with morning host Darrell Ankarlo as they lined up directly across from the Sheehan group, about three miles from the gates to the President's Western White House in Crawford, Texas. The group hoped to show the mainstream media, and our president, that he has a lot of support and to send a message that we should stay the course and avoid pulling out of Iraq prematurely. Even reporters from NBC, Rolling Stone Magazine and the Associated Press were amazed that so many people made the trek from all across North Texas on a spur-of-the-moment request...

When Ted Koppel, host of ABC's "Nightline" program, announced last year he'd recite the names of 721 fallen soldiers on Memorial Day, a firestorm of controversy erupted. Conservative groups protested, a major television station owner boycotted the show and a fierce debate raged for days about Koppel's motives. Sinclair Broadcasting of Baltimore yanked the program that evening from all of its ABC stations, saying it was a partisan attempt to boost John Kerry's sagging poll numbers, by highlighting the toll of Bush's decision to invade Iraq. It's a whole different ballgame this year,

Marine Update!! Early Sunday morning our son, Adam, finally called home from Iraq. After two solid weeks of fighting in some of the toughest battles of this war it was nice to hear his voice again. His mother cried tears of happiness as they talked about the Care Packages listeners had sent and letters opened on the front, so thanks to all who write to him and especially pray for him. When I finally pried the phone away from Laurie I asked for some of the details of the war. If you were listening on Monday’s show I gave you...
