So far we have four solid Zelig/Kerry sightings: 1) With real Catholics in Iowa Zelig/Kerry temporarily became one, when he proclaimed " I believe life begins at conception." 2)With the NAACP, Zelig/Kerry became John Carlos and gave the Black power fist up salute. 3) With real astronauts, Zelig/Kerry became one and wondered are the Space Center in a space... Leonard Zelig, Allen's title character, was a coreless little fellow who stood for nothing. He could not take a position that was his alone and he would immediately change himself to fit anyone he was with. He never took a personal position on anything because he always wanted people to like him more than he wanted to stand for anything. So too does John Kerry.
