The girl, 10-year-old Tylameka Chantell Hines is believed to have been abducted by 16-year-old Keonta Lavale Hines. Both girls were last seen at 114 W. Corley St., Spartanburg. Police are looking for a burgundy 1997 Grand Prix with a license plate of 890 MPG and an American flag on the trunk. There is no information about the car’s direction of travel, although authorities believe it is headed for New York. Tylameka Hines is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 60 pounds....
