<description>MADISON, Wis. &#x26;#x2014; A bill that would reform Wisconsin&#x26;#x2019;s controversial John Doe law cleared a major hurdle this week. State Rep. Jim Ott, R-Mequon, chairman of the Assembly&#x26;#x2019;s Judiciary Committee, has placed Assembly Bill 68 on the agenda for the committee&#x26;#x2019;s executive committee.
