The decision comes from the Obama camp as it appears Senator John McCain has flamed out in the polls. With the election assured, Obama feels its time to flex his muscles and make the necessary announcements. And according to David Axelrod, Obama’s campaign strategist, “the election is over,” and it’s time to “implement change in America.”
