The Israeli embassy in Mexico said on Friday it had been sent a partially opened package that appeared to have been in contact with explosives. The embassy in Mexico City said the package arrived on Thursday. Sniffer dogs picked up the scent of explosives and tests later showed that the exterior of the package was tainted with traces of explosive.
