It wasn’t something I would even entertain, it was just a fact. A lot of single men had the same attitude, at least the ones I hung out with – we wanted nothing to do with kids. Children were seen as the end of something, not the beginning. No more going out drinking with your friends, no more fun. I don’t know about you, but when I was young and dumb I really leaned into the dumb part. Now that I have 2 kids, ages 3 and 4, I can’t imagine life...
