It is time to stop the Supreme Courts social architects. Articl III section 2 of our U.S. Constitution defines what this court has the power to make a legally binding ruling. The first power is extended to all cases: 1.) In all laws and equity* arising under this Constitution. Equity: Justice according to natural law or right.
