Another two occupants of the vehicle were pulled out of the creek alive. At about 3 p.m., Border Patrol, Laredo Police Department and Laredo Fire Department officials were on the scene at Zacate Creek, in an area where Marcella Avenue dead-ends a few blocks from Chihuahua Street in the old Azteca neighborhood.
