LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles prosecutors on Tuesday declined to file any charges against Bill Cosby after a woman recently claimed the comedian molested her around 1974. The rejection of a child sexual abuse charge by prosecutors came roughly 10 days after the woman, Judy Huth, met with Los Angeles police detectives for 90 minutes. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office rejected filing a misdemeanor charge of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18 because the statute of limitations had passed.

Yesterday I told you about five famous women whose TV shows and movies I refuse to watch because of their very public pro-abortion views and, in most cases, their financial support of Planned Parenthood. Today, I’ll tell you about five male celebrities I boycott. Famous men are less likely in general to be vocally pro-choice, as the issue is still mistakenly viewed by some — especially pro-abortion advocates — as one in which men should have no say. This is ridiculous, since abortion is not just a women’s issue but a human rights issue. Also, organizations are less likely to...

Hugh Hefner gives a wide-ranging interview to Esquire, including this little bit of TMI: Asked how many women he's slept with, he says, "How could I possibly know? Over a thousand, I'm sure. And of Crystal Harris, his onetime runaway bride, he says he "saved the best till last."Esquire writer Chris Jones describes the marriage as one of "comfort and...

The marriage proposal was apparently a rather romantic affair. On Christmas Eve, the couple watched a late-night movie together and then exchanged gifts: for him a framed photograph of their King Charles Spaniel, for her an engagement ring. ‘She burst into tears,’ he revealed on Twitter at the weekend. ‘This is the happiest Christmas in memory.’ ‘The most memorable Christmas ever,’ she tweeted in agreement. ‘I love him.’ All of which might be rather more touching if the prospective groom was not Playboy tycoon Hugh Hefner who, at 84, is 60 years older than his fiancée, a platinum blonde model...

THE 40-year party at the Playboy mansion, a renowned symbol of sexual freedom and excess, may be drawing to a close. Hugh Hefner, its octogenarian master of ceremonies, is coming under pressure to sell up and move out. The tycoon is trying to ride a financial storm unparalleled since he introduced the US to mass-market soft pornography with a nude centrefold of Marilyn Monroe in the first edition of Playboy. Hefner launched the magazine in 1953 by pawning his family's furniture for a few hundred dollars. Now his antiques, art collection and mock-Tudor mansion in Charing Cross Road, Los Angeles,...

The soft-porn magnate gave $900,000 (£580,000) to the fund which was set up to stop the site being developed. The sign is owned by the city, but the property around it belongs to a group of Chicago-based investors. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger described the news as "the Hollywood ending we hoped for".

With the way some in Hollywood have piled on Carrie Prejean since Sunday's Miss USA pageant, one might think the 21-year-old college student had called for a tax on botox, instead of speaking out against gay marriage. First, Perez Hilton called her a "dumb [expletive]" in a self-produced video on his website. Then Tinsletown took to Twitter, as the likes of Shanna Moakler, Giuliana Rancic, Holly Madison and Heidi Montag Tweeted their outrage.

Paul VI versus Playboy By Donald DeMarco In 1986, Brother Don Fleischhacker of the University of Notre Dame wrote a letter to Playboy protesting that magazine's fragmented view of human sexuality. Citing "Humanae Vitae," this intrepid Holy Cross religious reasoned that once "the contraceptive mentality is accepted, there can be no coherent objective ground for opposition to homosexual activity." If the unitive aspect of sex becomes an end in itself, he went on to explain, "There is no essential reason why sex should be restricted to couples of different sexes." Recent events have proven that Brother Don was as prophetic...
