A fourth grade teacher in from the McMinnville Elementary School in Oregon has been arrested for two counts of attempted rape of a child in Redmond, Washington. Andrew Bert Hammond, a 50-year-old male, was arrested during an undercover operation. A man riding a skateboard died after being hit by two vehicles in Hammond, State Police said Thursday (May 12). Both drivers left the scene of the fatality on University Avenue.
