A news release from the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office said Christina Menzies, 19, of Covington, arranged to meet with a group to buy hair weaves. The two parties met around 10 p.m. at a subdivision’s pool in Rockdale County. RCSO deputies were told that a group of people came out the bushes toward the victim’s vehicle.
