Nearly half of Gen Z voters are sympathetic toward Hamas, and one-third do not believe Israel has the right to exist as a nation, a recent Summit.org/RMG Research survey found. The survey, released on the first day of Passover, showcased the startling difference between the sentiments of all voters and Gen Z voters specifically, those born between 1997 and 2012. The survey asked respondents, “Do you believe that Israel’s wealth and military power make its campaign against Hamas unjust?”

Increasing numbers of Generation Z are opting out of college and turning to vocational schools with hopes of higher wages and avoiding student debt, data shows. Companies are struggling to operate as Gen Z enters the workforce at higher rates, and a growing majority of employers say the younger generation is toxic for their business. A recent study revealed that 42 percent of individuals belonging to Generation Z, born between 1990 and 2010, have been diagnosed with a mental health condition. The prevalent diagnoses include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. Furthermore, twenty percent of them have sought therapy, and sixty percent are currently taking medication.

I have a very difficult time believing that this is actually true, mainly because it seems to contradict evolutionary theory. The percentage of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer adults in the U.S. continues to increase, reaching an all-time high of 7.6% in 2023, according to a new Gallup report. Broken down by gender, the survey of 12,000 people 18 and older across the country found that women were nearly twice as likely as men to identify as LGBTQ. “Almost 30% of Gen Z women identify as LGBTQ+, most as bisexual,” Jeffrey Jones, a senior editor at Gallup, told NBC News. “That’s where a lot of the growth seems to be happening.”

Donald Trump has a higher approval rating among young adults than any other age demographic, according to a poll. A Harvard CAPS–Harris survey of more than 2,000 registered voters showed that 57 percent approved of the job the Republican did as president, with 41 percent saying they disapproved. When the results are broken down further, they show that almost two-thirds (64 percent) of voters in Generation Z—or those aged 18 to 24—approved of Trump's job as president.
