The Providence Democrat said he's been in a committed relationship for six years and that he supports a bill that would allow same-sex marriages. It was the first time Fox has publicly announced he is gay. He said he hadn't planned to make the announcement today but felt the time was right. The rally came before a House Judiciary Committee hearing on bills on both sides of the gay-marriage debate. Supporters held poster boards with pictures of gay men...
