<description>WASHINGTON, April 9, 2009 &#x26;#x2013; American forces in Iraq continue to transfer more responsibilities to the Iraqi government and their security forces as part of the security agreement that went into effect on Jan. 1, a Multinational Force Iraq general said yesterday. &#x26;#x201C;Our combat forces will be out of the cities by June,&#x26;#x201D; Army Maj. Gen.
