MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - A woman was arrested after a man was hit and run over by a vehicle in Midland. According to the affidavit, the incident happened July 7, near 10000 W. Highway 80. Deputies were called about a pedestrian accident, where dispatch told a deputy that the man had been run over by his girlfriend and was being driven to the hospital, according to the affidavit.
