Dinesh D'Souza's latest film, "Death of a Nation," is another home run. We saw it this past Saturday in its opening weekend. It is outstanding and current, as all of his films are. In it, Mr. D'Souza presents the truth behind the Big Lies of the commie/fascist/Nazi/Ku Klux Klan/Democrat/"Progressive" collective with his in-depth research, interviews, and high-quality historical reenactments by actors who look impressively like the people they're portraying. Although I had heard radio audio of many of them, I had not seen most of the video clips he showed of insane Hell's Media in their vicious reactions to Donald...

It's no particular insult to Dinesh D'Souza to say that he is not going to be the next John Huston or David Lean. In this era, when movies as an art form are on a slow -- or maybe not so slow -- inexorable decline into cultural oblivion and irrelevance, that scarcely matters. Moreover, the personal political documentary genre in which he and his progressive mirror Michael Moore work is not noted for high aesthetics. Nevertheless, D'Souza's new offering -- Death of a Nation -- is at least better made than Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth, which resembled one of...

Conservative commentator Dinseh D’Souza said Friday that Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) revealed to him the contents of his FBI file. D’Souza said on C-SPAN’s Washington Journal that DeSantis called him after the lawmaker received a redacted version of the FBI file through a congressional inquiry. “Finally they gave the congressional committee the redacted file, and a congressman who saw that file called me,” D’Souza said. “And he goes, ‘Number one, your case is a $20,000 violation, but the FBI immediately assigned $100,000 to investigate your case.’ He said that’s extremely abnormal.” D’Souza then said DeSantis was the lawmaker who called...

Just got back from the first showing of Death of a Nation. Technically it opens tomorrow (Friday) but there were 4 showings today, which is 2 more than usual for a Thursday night. The theatre was very full which was also a pleasant surprise. Once again, Dinesh does a good job of really educating us on the origin and history of America. He defines socialism, fascism, communism and marxism and shows their origins and how they intricately connect the US with Nazi Germany and Mussolini's Italy. FDR and Wilson were progressives that loved Mussolini and all the socialist/fascist mindsets. He...

An interesting phenomenon in politics is the flip flop. What would cause a politician who takes a stand on an issue to reverse himself and take precisely the opposite stand on the same issue? Even more interesting is the about face or volte face. The volte face goes beyond the flip flop because it represents a total and usually lasting shift of course, as when Reagan abandoned the Democratic Party and became a Republican. More interesting even than the volte face is when a whole group or party makes this shift. Perhaps the most dramatic example in our lifetime is...

Today there are many Republicans who blame Trump for the de-Reaganization of the Republican Party and wistfully pine for the 1980s era of gentleman’s politics. This is, by the large, the main source of anxiety about Trump in some Republican quarters, and it is also the driving momentum of the so-called “Never Trump” movement. I came of age in the Reagan area, and I too prefer a more civil political climate. But that is not the America we live in now. Reagan’s policies and style were perfectly calibrated to deal with the specific problems and specific political environment of the...

When Americans assess Donald Trump, a president who in many ways has broken the mold, comparisons don’t come easily. But Abraham Lincoln? That’s the startling proposition illustrated in promotional posters for Dinesh D’Souza’s upcoming film “Death of a Nation,” which contends America is once again faced with an existential crisis. In an interview with WND, D’Souza explained he is not asserting that Trump is Lincoln. “We are saying there are situations that are eerily similar, the accusations against the two men are remarkably similar and Trump can take a page from the great emancipator,” D’Souza said. The filmmaker, known for...

Conservative author and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza's newest film "Death of a Nation" compares President Donald Trump to Abraham Lincoln and liberal critics to Fascists. Scheduled for theatrical release on Aug. 3, D'Souza posted a trailer for the movie to YouTube last Friday, which has as of Monday morning gotten over 106,000 views. The title appears to be an allusion to the controversial 1915 film "The Birth of a Nation," which lionized the Ku Klux Klan while villifying blacks and Reconstruction era Republicans. The film's trailer compares critics of former president Lincoln to leftwing critics of Trump, asking "who are the...

Conservative activist Dinesh D’Souza faced political persecution after he directed and released anti-Obama film, “2016: Obama’s America”. He was indicted over illegal campaign contributions. It was an obvious witch hunt. On Thursday, President Trump announced publicly he would be issuing a full pardon to Dinesh D’Souza. The New York Attorney General is so angry over the presidential pardon of Dinesh that she wants to get rid of double jeopardy to go after him again. Dinesh D’Souza celebrated on his Twitter account with an epic smack down of the Obama hack who made his life hell, former US Attorney Preet Bharara....

New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood is pretty rankled by President Donald Trump’s pardon of Dinesh D’Souza. Underwood is so irritated, she’s calling for New York to change what she’s calling the “double jeopardy loophole†to prevent things like this from happening again. “President Trump’s latest pardon makes crystal clear his willingness to use his pardon power to thwart the cause of justice, rather than advance it. By pardoning Dinesh D’Souza, President Trump is undermining the rule of law by pardoning a political supporter who is an unapologetic convicted felon. First it was Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Then it was...

Obama had anti-Obama filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza arrested for violating campaign finance laws, even though Obama himself had violated campaign finance laws three different times without being arrested In August 2012, Dinesh D’Souza released 2016: Obama’s America, a movie that was critical of Obama. In January 2014, D’Souza was arrested for violating campaign finance laws.In May 2014, D’Souza pled guilty to violating campaign finance laws.In September 2014, D’Souza was sentenced to live in a halfway house for eight months, pay a $30,000 fine, perform 260 days of community service, and receive counseling. However, even though Obama himself had violated campaign finance laws on three...

Conservative filmmaker and author Dinesh D'Souza received a full pardon from President Trump yesterday after pleading guilty to felony charges of violating campaign finance laws back in 2014. From the beginning, D'Souza has argued the charges brought against him were politically motivated and used as a way to stifle his political activism against the Obama administration and the Left. Documents from the case back up this assertion and show Department of Justice prosecutors misled a federal judge in an effort to get D'Souza a harsher prison sentence. Now, he's speaking out about the situation. "I did not know. I was just in my...

As you know, President Trump pardoned Dinesh D'Souza today. The media is enraged. As my team and I wrote on Spero News today, NBC News sent a breaking news alert with an opinion piece that President Trump is dangerous for "subverting the process." Rolling Stone sent an alert that Trump "abused his pardon power." While D'Souza pled guilty to committing a campaign finance violation by giving away his money to friends who gave their money to a political candidate, many people who believe in liberty believe he did not commit a crime. When you speak to a friend to support...

New York interim Attorney General Barbara Underwood said on Thursday that President Trump's pardoning of conservative commentator Dinesh D'Souza shows his willingness to thwart justice and adds urgency to the state's double jeopardy loophole.“President Trump’s latest pardon makes crystal clear his willingness to use his pardon power to thwart the cause of justice, rather than advance it," Underwood said in a statement. "By pardoning Dinesh D’Souza, President Trump is undermining the rule of law by pardoning a political supporter who is an unapologetic convicted felon. First, it was Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Then it was Scooter Libby. Now it’s Dinesh D’Souza,"...

President Donald Trump on Thursday said he was considering a pardon for Martha Stewart. The president also said that he was considering commuting the sentence of disgraced former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. The president told reporters about his thinking while on a flight to Texas. The president earlier in the day announced that he would pardon conservative pundit Dinesh D'Souza. This story is developing. Please check back for updates.

This sort of thing is usually relegated to third world countries and Communist states. Michael FlynnThe loathsome insubordinate Sally Yates cited the Logan Act when she decided to entrap and cripple Michael Flynn for doing nothing more than doing the job he was tasked to do- talk to the Russians during the transition. Using an act for which no one has ever been prosecuted, she sent FBI agents to interrogate Flynn. They reported that they saw no deceit in Flynn, but somehow he ended up being indicted by Robert Mueller for lying to the FBI after reportedly being exonerated by...

Presidential pardons have fallen under renewed scrutiny. Critics contend that President Trump is helping friends and fellow conservatives. He pardoned Sheriff Joe Arpaio following his conviction at the hand of a liberal federal judge. Trump also pardoned Kristian Saucier, convicted of federal crimes for taking photos in a submarine. Ultimately, the public is hearing heavy condemnation about these pardons only because of the media’s deranged anti-Trump hatred. Perhaps Trump should issue a blanket pardon for press agents like Jim Acosta, Rachel Maddow, and their illiberal ilk. They have engaged in massive corporate fraud and deception for decades. Trump’s latest pardon to...

Dinesh D'Souza is an American patriot whose prosecution was politically motivated, targeted under the Obama admin for "exceeding campaign contributions". Tried & convicted under the campaign finance law by the sum of $20K, in a case involving no corruption, he was sentenced to 8 months’ overnight confinement, a substantial fine, mandatory psychological counseling and 5 years of probation and community service. No American has ever been prosecuted, let alone sentenced, for a crime of this nature involving no quid pro quo. Without a pardon, Dinesh is unable to exercise his right to vote or to legally purchase a firearm. Dinesh's...
