I don't understand the language the reporter is speaking, but after some investigation I found out that this arsonists was eventually caught. After the authorities saw the security tape, they checked the emergency rooms to see who turned up for medical attention for burns. After they checked the hospital records they found their man, or should I say arsonist. I love it when criminals make it easy for the police to find and convict them. PALATKA, Fla., Dec. 19 (UPI) -- A woman who tried to get her money back by complaining to police in Florida about the dealer who sold her poor quality crack cocaine ended up behind bars. Eloise Reaves of North Carolina lodged her complaint with a Putnam County deputy sheriff who was responding to a call to a convenience store, WJXT-TV in Jacksonville reported.
