This story is interesting both for the content the media share and for the content the media avoid sharing. Both Saint Louis suspects are admitted members of the New Black Panther organization; both suspects are also admitted Islamist Radicals and believers in ISIS jihad….

"Justice for Usaama Rahim in Ferguson" Black Lives Matter protest group has planned a rally Friday in Ferguson in support of Usaama Rahim, the ISIS-inspired terror suspect who was shot dead in Boston after pulling a knife on officers. On a Facebook page called "Justice for Usaama Rahim in Ferguson," the activists have announced that the rally will take place June 5 at 5pm CDT in front of the Ferguson Police Department and will include a "FREE Halal BBQ dinner." The purpose: to show that #BlackLivesMatter and to protest "murder and profiling of our black brothers." Here's the complete announcement:

On the 50th anniversary of Daniel Patrick Moynihan’s famous report on the breakdown of the black family in urban ghettos, Baltimore has descended into the tragic violence and chaos he predicted. In a report titled, “The Negro Family: The Case for Action,” Assistant Secretary of Labor Moynihan, warned that the deterioration of the black family, would result in soaring crime rates if it continued unchecked. In the most famous passage of the 1965 report, Moynihan, who would later become a Democratic U.S. senator, wrote, “From the wild Irish slums of the 19th-century Eastern seaboard, to the riot-torn suburbs of Los...

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Rev. Al Sharpton took aim at Cleveland's 2016 Republican National Convention in front of a packed house at Cleveland's Olivet Institutional Baptist Church on Friday night, speaking for nearly an hour. "Jeb Bush and Scott Walker and them think they are going to come in here and have four or five days of convention," Sharpton said. "We are going to have another convention outside."

<p>Despite 6-1/2 years of horrid governance and dozens of acknowledged scandals, several of which a few of the credible remaining outposts of liberal thought have actually agreed are scandals, David Brooks, the New York Times's resident fake conservative, asserted on Friday's PBS NewsHour, as if it's an indisputable fact, that "President Obama has run an amazingly scandal-free administration, not only he himself, but the people around him."</p>

What’s a white person to do? Recently, I had the pleasure to participate in the Interplay Hip Hop Symposium at Lehigh University. The event was hosted by the inimitable hip hop theatre pioneer Kashi Johnson and keynoted by brilliant lyricist and hip hop educator Asheru. I gave a lecture about white appropriation of rap. My lecture led to a discussion about how white people fit into the #BlackLivesMatter movement. Together, we came up with these, the ten cracka commandments for 2015: 1. #AllLivesMatter won’t matter until #BlackLivesMatter. This commandment is a litmus test and the greatest commandment. 2. Always remember...

The fall in to “certain untruth” is almost complete within the ranks of the increasingly mentally disturbed Left. Further, because so much of what the Left is promulgating is in fact certain untruth, it must continually seek to cut off rational debates. It abhors questions about the veracity of its dogma and praxis. Leftists believe it is vitally important to prohibit questions that might undermine them or their system’s credibility. Nothing, absolutely nothing, about the dogma of the Left is to be questioned. It is only to be believed. That is one reason why the Left’s current chief flag bearer,...

On April 23 of this year Michael Brown’s family filed a lawsuit against the City of Ferguson for the wrongful death of their son, Michael Brown Jr. This civil case may not be just another frivolous attempt to gain media attention as is the case with many civil actions these days. I believe this case has a solid foundation and may bring to light some very serious questions concerning the death of Michael Brown at the hands of Ferguson police officer, Darren Wilson. Was implicit bias a factor in Brown’s death? Implicit bias can affect people’s decisions and their behavior...

Black Lives Matter, the slogan of the movement that began in earnest after the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., is a lie. Taken at face value, the phrase is a truism, since obviously all lives matter. But the people who use it as a shibboleth don’t care about black lives per se so much as scoring points against the police. When there is some awful tragedy involving a cop shooting or harming a young black man (sometimes justifiably, sometimes not), they muster every ounce of their moral dudgeon and stage demonstrations eagerly covered by a sympathetic media....

“Black Lives Matter” protesters who were apparently hired to cause a ruckus in Ferguson, Missouri, are angry because, they say, they haven’t been paid for their hard work. So they’ve launched a #CutTheCheck hashtag on Twitter and held a sit-in at the offices of Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment, or MORE – the successor group to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, in Missouri.

This lunacy is mainstream thought at the Department of Justice. Vanita Gupta, head of the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, has told a lawyers group in Colorado that slavery and Jim Crow helped fuel the Ferguson and Baltimore riots. The last few days have seen a number of fanciful stories with the Obama administration seemingly questioning the authority of local police. I’ve long maintained that the administration is nakedly seeking to federalize policing standards — but get rid of local police? No way, that sounds like something broadcast from a shortwave station in Austin, Texas. But then up steps...

Remember the protests (and riots) in Ferguson last summer? It looks like at least some of the protestors were told they would be paid to show up and now they're upset the checks haven't arrived yet. Weaselzippers has the full story and the screen shots showing "protestors" using the Twitter hashtag #cutthecheck in response to non-payment. Based on tweets, Organize Missouri is responsible for issuing payments. On May 14, protesters, upset with not being paid their promised checks for protesting, protested outside MORE, Missourians Organizing For Reform and Empowerment, an ACORN organization which had received funding through George Soros to...

#CutTheCheck. That’s the hashtag for Black activists demanding payment from white liberals for taking part in the months-long protests in Ferguson, Missouri over the police shooting death of unarmed Black teenaged criminal Michael Brown in a confrontation with white Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson last August. Black activists held a sit-in at the office of MORE (Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment) on Thursday to press their claim that groups led by whites have collected tens of thousands of dollars in donations off of the Black Lives Matter movement without paying the Black participants their fair share. During the sit-in,...

Iowa Rep. Steve King took President Obama to task Saturday, blaming him for the conditions that caused civil unrest in Baltimore and Ferguson. “President Obama has consistently driven wedges between people. And he perceives a difference on race, maybe on ethnicity, well yes on ethnicity, sexual orientation—wedge after wedge after wedge. I didn’t really imagine they were going to drive a wedge between the law and law-breakers,” King told reporters at the South Carolina Freedom Summit in Greenville. King cited the example of Obama’s “Beer Summit” early in his first term with Cambridge, Mass., police Sgt. James Crowley and Harvard...

Less than 24 hours after two officers were gunned down in Mississippi, the sheriff of Milwaukee County — a frequent guest on Fox News — blamed the killing on President Barack Obama on Twitter, saying the president “started this war on police.” Earlier Sunday, Sheriff David A. Clarke, noted the shooting that claimed the lives on two officers, 34-year-old Benjamin Deen and 25-year-old Liquori Tate, in Hattiesburg. The sheriff re-tweeted: “Basic traffic stop in Hattiesburg, 2 Police Officers assassinated. The post Ferguson targeting of our Cops continues.”

First Lady Michelle Obama urged students at Tuskegee University, a historically black university in Alabama, to remain involved in civic life during a time of tension regarding race relations across the country. At the school's commencement address, the First Lady listed scenarios in which African-Americans feel they encounter systemic discrimination, such as "nagging worries that you're going to get stopped or pulled over for absolutely no reason." She said those feelings are "real," but disengaging is not an option. "I want to be very clear that those feelings are not an excuse to just throw up our hands and give...

Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul will host a meeting with members of the Congressional Black Caucus next week to discuss criminal justice reform. The libertarian-leaning senator from Kentucky has long been an outspoken advocate for changing how the American criminal system prosecutes and sentences. Now he’s teaming up with Rep. Bobby Scott (D-Va.), and other black lawmakers, to craft a strategy for advancing legislation as law enforcement issues have taken center stage following the death of several unarmed black men at the hands of police. “Not only is Senator Paul the [S]enate co-sponsor of the Justice Safety Valve Act, which...

The NYT has never had the slightest sense of moral aberrance ,egregious wrongheadedness any sense of guilt, regret in the attitude or philosophy regarding the headlines, articles and the the cognitive dissonance they bring to bear written as if no logic, reasoning, common sense was mandatory in the process. While human behavior is determined by logic, reason and calculated conclusion, animals have no self-awareness, considered unable to visualize that which is not visually present, behavior driven by instinct, hot-wired into their brain with no input to help modify, ameliorate the manner in how they behave. The NYT it seems operates...

Those who bemoan what happened to Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown often argue that George Zimmerman and Darren Wilson should just not have gotten out of their SUVs. Are they right? Is the best policy really just to see young blacks roaming loose as likely to be vicious, wild animals, unable to restrain themselves from violent attacks on human interlopers? As we all heard Baltimore’s mayor put it, official policy is to simply “give them space to destroy.” Last July in Indianapolis, a black thug with a long history of illegal drug and weapons charges named Major Davis Jr., murdered...
