Lara Parker, who played the beautiful but vengeful Angelique Bouchard on the 1960s gothic soap opera “Dark Shadows,” died Thursday. She was 84. Parker died in her sleep at her home in Topanga Canyon, California, her daughter, Caitlin, told The Hollywood Reporter.

Jonathan Frid, the man known to fans around the world as Barnabas Collins, the suave vampire from the cult hit soap opera "Dark Shadows" has died at age 87. The Hamilton Spectator, of Hamilton, Ontario, reports the Canadian actor died in his hometown of Hamilton at the Juravinski Hospital on Friday, April 13. NEW YORK—Martha "Sunny" von Bulow, the heiress who spent the last 28 years of her life in oblivion after what prosecutors alleged in a pair of sensational trials were two murder attempts by her husband, died Saturday at age 76.
