Jeffrey Travis Long, 31, of Inman, was arrested Thursday and charged with breach of peace and forgery, Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright said during a news conference. The sheriff said Long worked at Sitel Corporation, a call center in Spartanburg County.
