With Hillary Clinton pulling out all the stops to drive her low-information base to the polls, to include rolling out pop stars Beyonce and Jay Z, rival Donald Trump shrugged off the need for bread and circuses. Speaking to a crowd in Hershey, Pa., the GOP nominee instead gave voters the opportunity to hear from an actual candidate in the race as opposed to Clinton resorting to entertaining them in Cleveland with a concert featuring the recording artists. “I didn’t have to bring J-Lo or Jay Z,” Trump said. “I am here all by myself. In these times of trouble and uncertainty, when you're feeling down, when things seem insurmountable, or you're just losing faith in humanity in general, listen to the music of André Rieu, especially his music videos. His epic worldwide concerts draw thousands and celebrate the human spirit through music. I find them very uplifting, restoring my faith that humanity is still capable of doing wonderful things. I hope you do to. :-) A few of my favorites: André Rieu - You Raise me Up André Rieu - You'll Never Walk AloneAndré Rieu - Nearer, My God, to Thee (live in Amsterdam)...

A free concert is very nice, but it's a reminder that Cuba remains in communist squalor It was awfully nice of the Rolling Stones to go to Havana this past weekend and play a concert for free. I’m sure the longtime victims of communism appreciated the gift - especially since exposure to any media that would have made them aware the Rolling Stones exist put them in jeopardy of prison under the Castro regime that Barack Obama thinks we can learn from about civil rights. The Stones may be almost as old as the Castros, but they rocked, as they...

We saw all sorts of proposals at the GOP debate which are designed to defeat the international threat posed by ISIS.
