Below is an article from CNBC. Just the first few sentences make no sense. Here is a company that exists in name only and is worth millions. And it's part of a "reverse merger"....WTH is a reverse merger and it gets even more confusing from there. It sounds like money laundering, and connected guys getting richer and scratching each others back. It sounds crooked as a dogs hind leg. I need some freepers who can read between the lines and explain what is going on. I really want a better understanding of this article. E-Waste, a shell company linked to...

Senator Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) 48% says he’s not concerned with the vetting of the 10,000 Syrian refugees coming to the United States. “Are you concerned with the refugees coming here in the next 12 months? Are you concerned about the vetting process?” talk show host Dan Mandis asked Corker on Nashville’s WWTN radio Wednesday. “Well, I’m not, because we are going to vet them,” Corker said. Corker’s claims that the 10,000 Syrian refugees the State Department plans to grant entry to the United States in Fiscal Year 2016 are being properly vetted is in direct conflict with FBI Director...

A pregnant woman with appendicitis died after a trainee surgeon mistakenly removed one of her healthy ovaries, a tribunal heard. Maria De Jesus, 32, underwent the operation at Queen's Hospital, Romford, Essex, after she was admitted with abdominal pains in October 2011. She died 19 days later after suffering a miscarriage. Dr Yahya Al-Abed admitted he made a number of errors during the procedure, including removing her right ovary instead of her appendix. Senior surgical consultant, Dr Babatunde Coker, is accused of failing in his role by not attending theatre to carry out the surgery himself or supervising the registrar....

CLEVELAND, Tenn. — Eager to prevent the threatened closure of Cleveland’s downtown post office, Mayor Tom Rowland appealed Monday to U.S. Sen. Bob Corker to spare the Broad Street office. “We sure could use your help,” Rowland told Corker during a meeting with more than two dozen Cleveland business leaders. Corker listened politely but offered little encouragement about removing the post office from a list of 3,700 possible closings. “Every time a tough decision has to be made, I can’t be calling up and asking that the decision be reversed,” he said. With the Postal Service running an $8 billion...

An explosion Tuesday morning shook a refinery in Mexico, near the U.S. border, local media reported. The Cadereyta refinery, located in the state of Nuevo Leon, is owned by Mexican state oil company Petroleos Mexicanos, or Pemex. A Pemex press officer would only say that the company was gathering information and would issue a statement once it had more facts.
  • Is Obama 'faithfully executing' the laws?(Anybody guess the answer? Tick, Tick OK, time's up.

Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution demands that a US President "shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed." Hence, the President is not only the Commander in Chief he is also the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Law Enforcement Officer. Obama has failed his duty to faithfully execute the nation's laws in breathtaking cases for purely political reasons. The New Black Panther voter intimidation case was ignored despite the overwhelming evidence of criminality caught on tape. Not since Democrats wore the white sheets of the KKK have voting rights been so openly violated. The only sanction Obama's...

Anticipating a cloture vote on the immigration bill on Tuesday, U.S. Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) today said he will be in opposition. He said, “I plan to vote against cloture on the immigration bill, as I have already done twice during this debate. I believe a better approach would be a more modest bill that focuses on border security, employer identification, and putting systems in place that will put us in a position to actually enforce a new immigration policy. Sen. Lamar Alexander said he will also vote against cloture.

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) -- Larry Coker's tumultuous and disappointing season at Miami ended with his dismissal as head coach. Coker was fired Friday, a move that was expected for weeks. It came one day after the Hurricanes finished a 6-6 regular season by beating Boston College, snapping a four-game losing streak and becoming bowl-eligible. Coker will coach the team in a bowl game, if Miami is invited, athletic director Paul Dee said. "I'd like to certainly end on a positive note," Coker said. After the game, he said he expected to remain at Miami "a long time." But less...
