THOUSAND OAKS (CBSLA.com) — A poisonous albino monocled cobra was loose in Thousand Oaks after it bit a dog Wednesday morning, officials said. The attack happened late Monday afternoon in the backyard of a home in the 1300 block of Rancho Lane. The dog was taken to a veterinarian and its condition was unknown.
