Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor, who fatally shot Justine Damond last July, is now listed on the jail roster in Hennepin County and county attorney Mike Freeman has scheduled a press conference for 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hennepin County Government Center.
