A 31-year-old man killed his girlfriend's estranged husband with a choke hold early Monday, police said. Police said they may find the homicide was justified because the victim, Gerardo Ultreras, 38, of Juárez, allegedly broke into the house where his estranged wife and her boyfriend live in the 1900 block of Chris Scott at 1 a.m. and assaulted the boyfriend. The identity of the boyfriend was not released Monday because he had not been charged with anything. Police spokesman Sgt.
