Norma McCorvey, who was "Jane Roe" in the 1973 Roe v. Wade case that overturned all laws prohibiting abortion, will hold a press conference Tuesday, January 18, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time to say that she is filing what is known as a Motion 60 brief to overturn the decision.
