Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer says that those who refuse to take the COVID vaccine won’t have “freedom to move around” and will have to continue to wear masks. Dr. David Williams was asked if he “would make some sort of mandatory vaccination recommendation.” Williams acknowledged that “we can’t force someone to take a vaccine,” but when on to explain how people who didn’t take it would have their freedom of mobility severely restricted. “What we can do is to say sometimes for access or ease of getting into certain settings, if you don’t have vaccination then you’re not allowed into...

An elderly Canadian woman was killed by her doctor because she would rather be dead than go through another COVID lockdown. When it looked like she would have to be confined to her room for two weeks, she asked for — and received — the lethal jab due to declining mental health and vitality. From the CTV story: Nancy Russell, described by her family as exceptionally social and spry, was one such person. Her family says she chose a medically-assisted death (MAID) after she declined so sharply during lockdown that she didn’t want to go through more isolation this winter…...

During that lecture, he said he refused to use gender-neutral pronouns for students and spoke against "legislation that increased protections for trans and non-binary Canadians," according to Vice. Four Penguin Random House Canada employees told Vice about an "emotional town hall" the company held to defend the decision to publish Peterson's new book in the face of employee concerns. "He is an icon of hate speech and transphobia and the fact that he's an icon of white supremacy, regardless of the content of his book, I'm not proud to work for a company that publishes him," one anonymous LGBT junior...

In a tragic irony, the prospect of another 'life-saving' lockdown has drained some senior citizens of their will to live. Assisted suicides and depression are up.An elderly woman who had experienced strict confinement and isolation in a Toronto nursing home under a previous COVID lockdown has narrowly avoided reliving that experience, although at a horrible cost. Toronto went into Ontario’s most restrictive “grey” tier on Monday, including a near-complete ban on social gatherings. Unlike many others in North America who have packed up their belongings and relocated to less restrictive areas during the COVID-19 outbreak, however, her “escape” from lockdown...

British Columbia is making it mandatory to wear masks in public spaces while social interactions will be under new restrictions until Dec. 7 because of a surge in COVID-19 cases. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry earlier imposed restrictions on social gatherings in areas covered by the Fraser and Vancouver Coastal health authorities, but says COVID-19 is spreading to other places and the order will now be provincewide. Henry says the previous measures have failed to decrease the number of cases and the health-care system is under strain.

Some claim WEF agenda is a “conspiracy theory.”.......... “The Great Reset” began trending on Twitter after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said the coronavirus pandemic had provided an “opportunity for a reset.” Trudeau made the comments during a United Nations video conference back in September, but they are only just receiving attention. “Building back better means getting support to the most vulnerable while maintaining our momentum on reaching the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)” said Trudeau. “This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset – this is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic...

A Western New York postal worker has been accused of stealing more than 800 pieces of mail, including three absentee ballots. However, when they sorted the 813 pieces of mail Wilson allegedly stole, investigators found three absentee ballots that were supposed to...

Bobby Orr may have lost the support of some leftist sports writers for supporting President Donald Trump, but he still has The Coach in his corner. “You better believe it — 100%,” said Don Cherry on Monday. In addition to supporting Trump himself, Cherry also believes in Orr’s right as a free person to back whomever he chooses. “Bobby was always strong,” added Cherry. “The great ones are always independent.” It’s not lost on Cherry, however, that the hall of famer is feeling the heat after taking out a full-page ad in a Florida newspaper which backs Trump’s bid for...

Only seven M.P.s who voted with honor and integrity against criminalizing parents who may want to obtain body-affirming counseling for their gender-confused children. On October 28, the Trudeau Liberals succeeded in passing 2nd reading of Bill C-6 by vote of 308 to 7. Sadly, many Conservatives joined with the Liberals to vote in a politically correct manner so as to avoid being called “homophobic.” We thank the seven M.P.s who voted with honor and integrity against criminalizing parents who may want to obtain body-affirming counseling for their gender-confused children: M.P. Derek Sloan (Hastings-Lennox and Addington, ON) M.P. Arnold Viersen (Peace...

The Court judgment said the city's decision to ban the ads was unreasonable and openly suspected the city's reasoning. Justice Gates of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta has issued a ruling for Lethbridge Pro-Life (LPL) on LPL’s court claim against the City of Lethbridge on the City’s rejection of all five of LPL’s pro-life ads, including an ad which featured a healthy newborn baby with the caption, “Life Should be the Most Fundamental Human Right.” Another LPL ad featured a picture of a pregnant woman with the caption, “Equality Should Begin in the Womb” while yet another said,...

Oh là là. A French bakery on the South Shore has lost its appeal of a case where it fired a woman, in part, for making a sexual innuendo about a co-worker. Lindsay Hiltz worked for Boulangerie La Vendéene, a quaint roadside bakery in Blockhouse, from November 2018 until she was terminated July 25, 2019. She filed a complaint with the province’s division of labour standards “seeking pay in lieu of notice as well as pay for unpaid work.” This past May, the division’s director ordered the bakery to pay Hiltz $405.60 -- a week’s pay plus some vacation pay....

Rather than dumbing down the curriculum, advisers proposed that first and second graders study ancient China and Rome and learn the names of capitals. October 22, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) -- Earlier this week, Canadian media outlets broke what we are supposed to believe is a hugely upsetting story. Curriculum advisers handpicked by Alberta’s government, they reported, had made a series of unthinkable recommendations. Professors were called upon to condemn the proposals; commentators struggled to catch a breath; the New Democrats in opposition were frankly hornswoggled. The new recommendations, it turns out, include teaching seven- and eight-year-olds about ancient Rome, ancient China,...

Federal authorities are investigating after a car drove across the U.S.— Canada border illegally, by crashing through a Vermont man's yard. Alain De La Bruere's home security cameras captured the incident Saturday morning as the car drove across the border from Stanstead, Quebec, and right into his yard. "I just couldn't believe it. It's like it doesn't — I always look for wild game, it's always kinda neat to see the deer, different wild game crossing over but I never expected right at 10:30 in the morning, somebody trying to break through the border," De La Bruere said. The Derby,...
