TIKRIT, Iraq – The Iraqi Department of Border Enforcement discovered a large weapons cache in the eastern desert of Diyala Province April 11. The cache contained more than 100 anti-personnel mines as well as anti-tank mines and a 155mm projectile. The Iraqi Department of Border Enforcement in northern Iraq contains more than 8,700 agents and covers nine points of entry into the country.
