We have now been in litigation for about 2 years now, and it is clear the town has no case, but they have attempted to prolong the case to see if we will just give up. I live in Virginia, and just recieved my new tax assessment today. It has gone up another 20%, as it has each year. I really did not think they would have the nerve to do this, seeing that Virginia has a billion dollar surplus.
