Scotus has ruled over and over it is not the job or responsibility for LEO to protect people or prevent crime.

IF it WAS the job of Leo to Prevent Crime/ Protect individuals. Then any criminal act that happens LEO could be held responsible.

They need to put these businesses out through fines and penalties. And then fine/ jail owners.

That is the only thing that is going to make any difference.

Illegal workers are disposable and easily replaced.

The process IS the punishment.
