4) Chasing imaginary white supremacists around the nation. Urban voters believe this nonsense, so nobody in the media or FBI will tell these idiots to stop believing in conspiracy theories.They “play up” their fantasy world, instead of deconstructing it.

2) New York
3) New Jersey

These states are run by Democrats, who historically love massive foreign migrations, regardless of the societal consequences. The Republicans in these states are “milk toast” and pander to the same groups, although less successfully than the Democrats.

The problem for immigration fanatics is the whole globe is old and wealthy by historical standards. People that are old and comfortable aren’t into “trying new things.”

The United States at current levels of pricing, offers an immigrant very little in the way of real estate, education, and health care. These are high cost sectors that have been “pampered” the last 60 years.

This country was built on cheap labor,cheap land, and cheap capital. Only capital is cheap in the current environment.

I’ve been a registered Republican since 1989.

I found the Republican candidates in 2004,2008,& 2012 completely unacceptable. So I voted for the Libertarian candidates instead of Bush, McCain, and Romney. Many people found Kerry and Obama so toxic, that voting the alternative was a “no-brainer.” I chose to “cut bait” but I don’t have anything bad to say about people who didn’t.

If Trump stays in the Republican Party, then I’m staying too. The time to be a crybaby and start a 3rd Party, was in the 2004-2016 time period. Not after Trump got cheated in 2020.

The American establishment would just move their people into any viable 3rd party anyway. The 3rd party would become the 2nd party.

The establishment doesn’t care if you’re a Federalist, Democrat, Republican, Whig, Know Nothing, Greenback, Populist, Socialist, Communist, Abolitionist, Anti-Masonic, Libertarian, Green, Constitution or Patriot Party. They only care about “what price you can be bought.”

At least Dole showed up to the Republican Convention in 2016.

Without those states sending dual electoral slates. We had no way to get the election thrown into the House of Representatives.

We have norms,historical precedent, and tradition in the way we conduct are elections. Pence only had one choice to stay connected with Trump and that was to resign before the vote.

If he opened the “can of worms” on doing non traditional objections. Our elections will be even more of a farce.

Imagine a Republican landslide(35+ states) in 2032 and some Democrat VP, wastes a month sending electoral votes back to a variety of states.

Nobody on Free Republic, should ever have to support candidates like Bush,McCain,and Romney ever again.I chose not to in 2004,2008 & 2012, before that I was a “Party Man.”

I have no regrets, and won’t be supporting “milquetoast” candidates in the future.

If Trump or a Trump acolyte runs on a MAGA agenda in 2024, we’ll need disgruntled Republicans voting in the primaries.If they don’t we’ll get a Romney/Sasse type working his way towards the nomination.

It probably doesn’t matter because if the Democrats get super majorities over the next 4 years.( because of a divided Republican Party) I see them splintering all over place and showing what a hodgepodge, of ungovernable derelicts they really are.

The Democrats are held together by hate the Republican President, no matter how moderate or conciliatory the person is.

The Federal bureaucracy is full of Democrats. Until every one of them is “canned,” the system will remain the same.
