Since that time, I have heard nary a word from my fellow freepers! Where are all the experts that I know are out there? I've noticed that "IRS" posts don't receive many posters. The government giveth and most assuredly does taketh away. From the case cited in the EEOC Commission decision, in the Appeal No. 01A14317, it clearly states "you have the right to file a civil action in the appropriate United States District Court within ninety (90) days from the date you receive this decision." After filing said appeal the government in opposition seeks to have the case summarily dismissed.
