Cleveland, Ohio mini-Freep made the local 10:00pm news last nite (November 25), on local TV channel 19 and 43. While we were only about 25 strong, we gained about 60 seconds of air time, and our enlightening of a local bus driver through the door of his bus took about 15 seconds of the spot. Well, for the first time in my life, I joined in a "protest". In Cleveland, on Mall C downtown, at the "Free Stamp" plaza, in a cold rain on the windy lakefront. About 20 of us, possibly half of which are either members or lurkers at Free Republic, we waved at the passersby, and enjoyed tooted horns, comraderie, and support. Is there anyone, other than Larry Klayman, who would file suit for violation of the Oath of Office, by the POTUS, in now overtly moving toward removing the protections of the 2nd Amendment, in violation of the aforemention Oath? In bringing what any rational person would deem a frivolous class action lawsuit (at the direction of the POTUS), against gun manufacturers for their "advertising" of guns, how can it be remotely argued that the protections of the "Right to bear Arms" is in any way being preserved and protected?
