There is nothing new under the sun. I seem to recall a rather old tale about a boy who was hired to watch sheep and kept calling “Wolf!” when there was no wolf.

This is why vertical integration in the pharma industry needs to be overseen. If I manufacture a drug, and then say only this drug is on my formulary for group health plans, and then say that only my retail locations are in network, bad things are going to happen. That is what CVS is doing right now. So far, they’re saving our plan money but at what non-monetary cost?
Any talk about the “Trust Fund” is pure BS. When you see it, ignore everything that follows. The “Trust Fund” consists of government bonds. The US spends all of the Social Security tax revenue it takes in and issues bonds and puts them in the “Trust Fund”

The solution to this is NFL Red Zone. I'd given up on the NFL for all the same reasons that most others have in the past few years. But for pure football, NFL Red Zone can't be beat. If a game pauses, they move on to the next game. It can get a little hectic but it's the best way to watch the NFL.
In a half hour I can see 30 minutes of football and get a good feel for what's going on around the league, then get on with my day.
True. Many people are on high-deductible plans and that kind of outlay has a behavioral effect that might be reflected in the fact that usage of the drug is less than what was expected.
