Buying life insurance is a reasonably bright thing to do as the Estate and Gift Tax portions of the Internal Revenue Code all life insurance to pass to a beneficiary without being taxes at the exhorbitant federal death tax rate of 49% and state death tax rates of up to 12.5%!

He may not have purchased a large policy, but he really should consider doing so as it will keep more than half his estate from going to the Infernal Revenue Service to be squandered by the DemonRATS in Congress and to the state of Michigan Department of Revenue to be squandered by the DemonRATS in the state assembly.

Part of the problem is that the western press corps is unable to call a spade a spade. Note that the poster of this article knows that this pregnant woman and her four daughters were murdered, but apparently the press does not.

Also notice how the press insists upon calling those who strap explosives to their bodies, walk onto buses, and detonate the bombs "suicide bombers" when they are really homocide bombers.

It is time for the United States government to state that Hamas and the PLO are both terrorist organizations no better than al Qaeda and hunt down and either kill or capture, try, and imprison or execute those convicted for terrorist crimes such as this one.

If we do not treat all terrorists on an equal footing -- that is, as the murderous, genocidal scum they are -- we will be reading stories like this when we are old and gray. Better to kill 1,000 terrorists than to mourn one innocent.

It's time the United States recognize and publicly state:

Hamas is a terrorist organization and it must be destroyed.

Hamas preaches genocide and attempts to practice it. As such every member of the Hamas leadership should be tried for crimes against humanity as should every member of Hamas who engages in activities such as this.

Members of Hamas are cowards who assassinate pregnant women and girls. Membership in Hamas should be treated no differently than membership in al Qaeda. Capture those you cannot kill, give them fair trials, and execute those found guilty of crimes such as this.

  • U.S. is not Genghis Khan [Kerry's 1971 testimony]

Confronted with his words, Mr. Kerry tried to weasel out of his appallingly false accusations by saying he was merely quoting cohorts. He blamed his antiwar comrades.

There are two notable things about Kerry's reaction. First, he tried to transfer blame to this antiwar comrades -- note that it does not say anitwar former servicemen he knew because most in The Winter Soldier project were not former servicemen -- but they were comrades as in Comrade Lenin and Comrade Stalin. Second, Kerry tacitly admits he did not determine whether the charges he was levying under oath to a U.S. Senate committee were true. In short, what he calls testimony is what Bill Blythe and other DemonRATS call testimony -- it's whatever serves their purposes at the time rather than what is true.

  • Kerry Calls Bush's Iraq Policy 'Ineffective' (Regrets 'war criminals' statement from MTP interview)

Kerry also said he regretted his choice of words in a 1971 "Meet the Press" appearance, in which he called U.S. leaders "war criminals" for their prosecution of the Vietnam War and also that he had committed "the same kind of atrocities as thousands of other soldiers" as a naval officer in Vietnam. Kerry, who was the leader of Vietnam Veterans Against the War at that time, yesterday called the statement "honest, but it was in anger. It was a little bit excessive."

So John Kerry still claims his statement that he committed war crimes is true - and that he still stands behind the claim that thousands of others (I think that's down from tens of thousand or hundreds of thousands or all the several million of us who served) committed war crimes. If he's a felon - as all the war crimes he described are felonies - why is he serving in the U.S. Senate and running for President of the United States rather than running from (a) a federal prosecutor or (b) whatever the Vietnamese equivalent is or (c) the War Crimes Tribunal in the Hague?

There is a reason Gigolo John cannot come out to enforce existing immigration laws -- he is an internationalist who believes in open borders! Then again, no one ever lost an election by underestimating the intelligence of the average American voter.

Hmmm. During his decades as a senator, could Kerry have used his influence to gain access to his service records and fiddle with them?

Perhaps, but it's not that likely. But there is another possibility. It is possible taht Kerry had access to the after action reports for the entire squadron and realized that Lt (j.g.) Peck's crew had been in some serious combat on January 29, 1969 and written up a citation for himself knowing that it's not likely anyone would notice that Peck, not Kerry, was the commander of Boat 94 at that time.

Let me see. John's family really consists of him, Teresa Heinz a/k/a Teresa Heinz Kerry, and the Heinz foundations monies. He uses the car but doesn't own it. So, John, who owns it -- Teresa or one of the Heinz foundations? In either case, you have earned the name my neighbors here in Massghanistan call you -- Gigolo John.

It's time for us to start putting bounties on the guys wearing black towels on their heads. After all, President Bush said they are not part of a religion; they are part of a criminal ideology. I suggest the price be $0.50 alive, $50,000 dead for al Sadr. Yes, I realize Iraq is a nation of frenchies, that is, a nation of girlie boys unwilling to set themselves free, but who knows, one of the girls may off the maggot -- for a price.

For the record, the Navy rate for on-duty deaths is 9.37, and the Marine Corps rate is 21.75.

I suppose that's because the Navy and the Marine Corps -- despite the efforts of some running for president who have repeated attempted to cut fund for new weapons system and training -- have managed to become better trained than lumberjack and truckers.

Last month, A Los Angeles, Calif., radio station was forced to issue an on-air apology for an Islamophobic skit that claimed Muslims have sex with animals, avoid bathing and are obsessed with killing Jews.

The skit apparently implied allMuslims have sex with animals, avoid bathing (have you ever been in a cab driven by someone whose license says his name is Ali or Mohammed?) and are obsessed with killing Jews (and Christians). So what was the complaint? They could produce one who isn't?

Roadblocks???? You mean they're STILL not done with that Big Dig thing?

Some goofball politician (Representative Capuano) wants to name the Big Dig tunnel to Logan Airport the Tip O'Neil tunnel. I propose the either misspell all the name to "You Been O'Nailled Tunnel" or the "Tube of the American Taxpayer".

Oh, yes, and Representative Capuano, one of the people who claims to be looking out for the "little guy", has suggested we all take the entire week off.

I know what I intend to do -- but it's not the week of the Dimocraps' convention, it is the day of November 2, 2004 -- vote against every Dimocrap on the ballot.

When any nation attempts to fight terrorism with Geneva Convention principles and rules of war or law, it becomes a big bad joke. If someone fights dirty, you cannot simply say it does not matter and you will fight clean.

What is interesting is that no nation is obligated to fight according to the Geneva Conventions when the enemy rejects or routinely does not follow the Geneva Conventions. For example, the Geneva Conventions prohibit targeting religious shrines, buildings of worship, places, etc., but contains an exemption if those places are used to wage war or to support waging war. In short, Israel -- or the United States -- would be justified in blowing away any so-called religious structure being used to assemble bombs -- which is almost every so-called religious structure in Fallujah.

I find it rather interesting that the Palestinians who glorify this murderer and who claim the Israelis have engaged in murder and terrorism routinely use children and women as suicide bombers killing women and children indiscriminantly. Yet the Israeli rules of engagement forbade killing a single innocent bystander. Perhaps we should examine that for a second. Then we might see who the real murderers and terrorists are. It's certainly not the Israelis who went to great lengths to avoid killing any women or children -- including women who may be card-carrying terrorist -- while ridding the world of the piece of fecal matter knows as Sheik Yassim.

Is it just me, or is there a pattern here with people bearing the appellation Sheik? Are they all pieces of human excrement? Or does it just seem that way?

Wait a minute, first it was suitcase nukes, now it's briefcase nukes. What's next, ladies' handbag nukes?

While I do not doubt there may be components for making small nuclear warheads, the technology for making such warheads requires a supply of tritium to use in the trigger. That means the ability of al-Qaeda (or any other nongovernmental organization) to use the nuclear devices without the help of a nuclear-capable government is pretty low and decreases with time as tritium has a rather short halflife (about 4.2 years). My other reason for believing al-Queda does not have nuclear weapons is that those zealots would have used one or more if they had many in working condition. After all, their goal is to kill as many of us "infidels" as possible.

I suspect they may have components which they could use to make a radiological weapon.
