The United States Supreme Court released Friday a pair of decisions in the challenges to a Texas law effectively banning abortions upon detection of a fetal heartbeat, rejecting the Biden administration’s challenge to the law while allowing abortion industry lawsuits to proceed in the lower courts............ Chief Justice John Roberts joined the Court’s liberal wing in a partial concurrence and partial dissent that appears to indicate hostility to the law should the “ultimate merits question” reach the justices........

Delta Air Lines on Wednesday said it would impose a $200 monthly health insurance surcharge for employees who do not get vaccinated against the Covid virus. While stopping short of requiring vaccines, Delta hopes the monetary penalty will achieve the same result. The move follows an early August mandate imposed by United Airlines that requires all employees to get vaccinated within five weeks of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s approval of a vaccine and similar mandates issued this week at Air Canada and Swiss International Airlines.

China's Censorship Is Creeping Into America, Blizzard And NBA Bend The Knee To Communist China. But humans have a strong negativity bias, so we tend to focus on the bad stuff. Comedian Louis CK captured that concept in one of his classic bits. “When I read things like ‘the foundations of capitalism are shattering,’ I’m like, maybe we...

Like a majority of those American citizens who voted to elect President Donald J Trump, we voted for him to Make America Great Again. President Trump’s main campaign promise was to BUILD THE WALL. And as he’s followed through on just about every promise so far, this wall project needs to be completed still. As a veteran who has given so much, 3 limbs, I feel deeply invested to this nation to ensure future generations have everything we have today. Too many Americans have been murdered by illegal aliens and too many illegals are taking advantage of the United States...
