Partially true. The printed document has the QR code AND who you voted for in easily readable text. I read mine before turning it in. Hand counting should be easy, just time consuming.

Not doing what needs to be done because you want to be re-elected is partisan. That’s part of the problem in multiple states.

There are a lot of options to use before going straight to the Insurrection Act. The president can use it as a threat and he has. No Governor is going to want the full weight of the Insurrection Act used in their state unwillingly.

Federal Police forces can be used if the governors request help. They have already been used to protect federal property. Federalize the states police forces. More use of the National Guard at the state level really needs to be pushed.

The Insurrection Act should be the last option.

Everything the President does is partisan in the eyes of the left. Doesn’t matter what it is. The MSM will continue to make sure with their Fake News.

I agree. He would have to use the Insurrection Act to Arm the forces. I hope it doesn’t happen. There are other actions he can take, like arresting a few key DAs.

President Trump needs to replace a lot of key people before he does anything else. Those you mentioned and ‘Obama’ Generals.

Actions the President calls for would have to be specific so everyone knows exactly what their mission is on the ground so no one can point to the DCA.

The insurrection act was used against the KKK. Antifa has risen to that level. BLM is getting that way if you look at the history of the KKK compared to what the BLM movement has been doing recently.

The governors can use the national guard as ‘Armed’ forces to plus up the police if they want. Once the National Guard is Federalized they are limited to support and can not be ‘armed’ since the PCA (Posse Comitatus Act) would kick in.

Using a Federalized National Guard (and/or the Active Duty Forces) as an ‘Armed’ force would require invoking the Insurrection Act. Sections 332 and 333. And actions would need to be specific so Commanders know their limits.
