The next move for President Trump would be to sign a deal with the province of Quebec for hydroelectric power to replace the grid power from Ontario. See, that’s the dumb thing about the way Canada allows each province more powers. It creates a potential wedge. Encourage Quebec to finally become independent by purchasing tremendous amounts of power from them in perpetuity, and then start peeling off the Western provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan.
