I received an email from my employer regarding ABX4 17 whereby the State of California has enacted this legislation which will add an additional 10% state income tax being withheld on any wages paid after Nov 1, 2009. I would like to have someone explain to me how this grab of my wages is legal. I can't afford to have an additional $500 to $700 taken from my pocket each month. This is outrageous.

Bill Clinton addressed a crowd in Minneapolis, Minnesota at a fundraiser for his wife's campaign on Tuesday. Rather than ignoring them, Clinton seemed to relish a direct confrontation. "A fraud? No, it wasn't a fraud," Clinton said, as the crowd cheered him on. "I'll be glad to talk to you if you shut up and let me talk." When another heckler shouted that the attacks were an "inside job," Clinton took...
