Doesn't Japan have a constitutional clause prohibiting militarization? Similar complaints have been filed against those ungrateful Germans who we defend. Now, plans for a post-Saddam Iraq are invoking post-WWII models including constitutional demilitarization. I can already hear someone saying, 50 years from now, "Iraq can't expect the US to eternally do its heavy lifting."

I've notice an increase of 'probes' (routed packets) from a variety of IP addresses most of which start with 61, 200, 218. These are registered in Korea, China and Taiwan.
Local news showed investigators cutting parts of bushes near a parking lot near the last shooting. My bet is the sniper positioned himself and his vehicle to shield the view from the road (bushes) and from the building using the parking lot (vehicle) while shooting.
