  • Charges Against Teen Upgraded After Dog He Allegedly Raped Dies

Forgive me if I am repeating other responses because I have not read the entire thread.

However, I read the article from the newspaper. Nine-tenths of the article dealt with the violation of the dog and how it suffered. If that doesn't give us a clue about the moron media, nothing ever will. What about the violation of those little girls??-I guess a dog is more important than children.

Sadly if this boy were living in a country with socialized medicine it'd likely be months before his family even got a firm diagnosis and he likely would not recieve a transplant at all unless he met very specific government-specified guidelines

Thank you for that observation. I am a medical coder/biller. Billing Medicare and Medicaid is already a nightmare of rules and regulations that nearly require a healthcare attorney to follow. Socialized medicine could only be worse. No payer is going to cover every procedure.

It's sad about the Clinton pets.. Socks' excile... Buddys' death. Props for the Toons.

Without a doubt the Toon's pets were nothing but props. Why would people who were rarely in residence want a pet? Sadly, the Evil Ones were happy to bring their daughter out of the closet as a prop as well when it suited their purposes.

Well in order to comply with the true meaning of "spepartation of Church & State" all Government Employees should have to work on Christmas. We can't have the Governement Employees taking off on a religious holiday!

I recently made a similar statement. If Christ is to be taken out of Christmas then there is no reason for a federal holiday. That not only applies to government employees, but everyone who enjoys a paid day off for a religious holiday that they choose to negate.

Imagine the chutzpah of these clowns *granting* their constituents the "right" to protect their own property.

This was really a great thing. You have to realize the situation here in Illinois. In cities like Chicago and many others the RATS have dominated the gun issue and have passed laws making it illegal to possess a gun. The most recent issue involved a guy in Winnetka where it was illegal to have a gun. He shot some A$$-hole invading his home and was subject to prosecution.

The various constituencies may still have the right to ban guns, but at least now they can't prosecute someone for defending his home even if they can fine him for possessing the gun. It's not a perfect solution but it is better than nothing. As someone else pointed out on this forum, this legislation should also absolve insurance companies of liability. Petka, who introduced this bill, is from my county--he will continue to get my vote.

I have been out of Illinois for a long time, but my former understanding was that you had to prove your life was in danger before shooting a home invader. DUH--I guess a homeonwer must politely inquire if the invader is there to do harm or if he just dropped in for cake and coffee!

"If I didn't know better, I'd say Petah is growing a spine."

At first blush I even thought that Petah might be growing a spine, but it only took a minute to get over that illusion.

I have always contended that Bubba is a sociopath and his distorted perception of his actions only proves my point. He claims that he never "let the people down"--what a crock! I talked to many Clinton devotees who were seriously distraught when they could no longer deny that he was a lying POS.

He went into a tirade about his friends being harassed because they would not lie. Excuse me, they were convicted for a number of acts of fraud. That is where Petah dropped the ball--if he really had a spine he would have nailed Bubba to the wall on that BS.

Fish contain mercury, red meat is high in fat and cholesterol, dairy products according to health nuts create mucus, poultry is contaminiated with hormones. As of today, I am giving up food and going on a high oxygen diet--oops I forgot--the air is too polluted to breath. I guess we are all doomed!

Yeah Rodney, we all know what is going on. It's people like you that are keeping racial issues alive and dividing our society at a time when Americans of all races and ethnicities should be united for our common good.

"...impotence is the least of the dog's worries with that one."

I doubt that impotence is any concern to the Beast. Remember at Reagan's funeral service--it appeared that the pair of them were snoozing. Someone made the crack that it was the first time they had slept together in years!

Bubba is lucky she didn't shut off his oxygen. Except for the fact that the Evil One still needs him to further her power hungry agenda Bubba would be toast.

Yes, the equipment was nothing less than archaic. I worked as a secretary at the U.S. Attorneys Office in Chicago. The number of documents to be produced on any given day was huge. We were lucky to have correction tape. Just before I left, they got a word processing system--not a computer--that wasn't much better than the typewriter. Cynic that I am, I could't help but wonder who got the kickback for purchasing the junk.

So all she could come up with were [poorly] forged documents that *insinuated* what she wanted 'em to?

If this obviously vicious bias does not make a lasting impression on the minds of the viewing public, nothing ever will. Every negative thing they want to present about GW is given unlimited air time while the Swift Boat vets get NO time in the lamestream.

Re Blather's defense of the technology used to produce those documents--I worked for the federal government in the early '80's. We were lucky to have Selectric typewriters that still worked, much less anything sophisticated enough to do superscripts, word wrap, etc. Technology wise, the federal government is still probably working in the dark ages.

I had not heard about pay raises for those POS. I am totally fed up with this $hit. Long ago we fought a war against an imperial government rejecting taxation without representation. What has happened along the way? We now have a government of aristocrats that are no different than old King George. We have lots of representation and lots more taxation. May the citizens of this country get a brain and reject this bull$hit!
