I understand they are very strict on OTC and prescription drugs and must get permission to carry some of my Rx meds. Also....any recommendations on manners, foods, customs, money would be helpful! Also, need to find out about visa requirements. Only going for 10 days - 2 weeks.

I just watched the segment on Tucker where the mother was not allowed to be with her disabled daughter because of COVID rules. She was arrested....and the hospital could have a huge lawsuit on their hands if the mother knows this. I have posted this before. Have dealt with it ourselves with our elderly, disabled mother. The hospital backed down when we told them this. Please...everyone. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! And would someone please send this link to Tucker? Don't have a contact for the mom...but she needs to know this. Hospitals are ignorant of the ADA law. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9y1rOWyf_XM&feature=youtu.be

My sister and I are the primary caretakers of our elderly mom. She's 89 and disabled and has issues with memory due to age and TIAs. She has been to the ER twice this week. Once by ambulance...second by general admission. We were NOT allowed by the hospital to be with her. We had no way of knowing treatment for her was administered or diagnosis...even tho they gave us a "# to call". That proved useless. She was sent home with a UTI she was sent home with but they failed to treat her for it...even tho it was logged....

Will be taking a 4-day trip to DC this summer. Any recommendations on what to see and where to eat? We lucked up on a good hotel (normally $600 a night for $100 two blocks from the Whitehouse.) Have already contacted our Senator about getting approval to tour. I'll sit back and enjoy (while writing things down.) Also tell me what to avoid. Thanks!

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Multiple confidential sources inside of state government came forward to Yellowhammer this week with accusations that Alabama Governor Robert Bentley ordered a state helicopter to fly his wallet to him at the beach, after he accidentally left it behind in the wake of an argument with his then-wife. If true, the allegations call into question Gov. Bentley’s assertion that he did not misuse state resources during his affair with his then-senior advisor Rebekah Mason.

I listen to a local talker Superstation WYDE out of B'ham in the afternoons (3:00 PM CST) called "Leland Live". Excellent show and the host (Leland Whaley) and producer (AJ) are incredibly up-to-date with breaking news and topics.....not just for the state....word wide. Caller asked Leland his main source for info because he's so well informed. He named off some....Drudge, Blaze, Twitter, ect.. Then said his MAIN source was FR. Just thought you guys would want to know. Leland, if you're reading....howdy! Great show. Keep up the good work!

I just need general advice and links to resources on home schooling. I'm finding the topic a little daunting because I don't know where to begin. My kid is bright and being bullied relentlessly at school. Not by just the kids, but also staff. Admin do nothing because of nepotism, etc. He's 8th grade level, now. I'll leave this here and catch up later to replies. I know there are many FReepers here who home school and would appreciate feedback. I just don't know where to begin and I'm terribly disorganized. I'll make dinner and BBL. Thanks!

Wal-Mart corporate spokesman Brian Nick said the reason West Morgan High graduate Aaron Browder was not able to purchase his senior class ring with a generic Rebels mascot is because design features included the Confederate flag in the background and foreground. The nickname for West Morgan's athletic teams is Rebels.
