McDonald's upcoming new burger recipe is touted to be more tasty for hamburgers and Big Macs. That's all well and good for us humans, but that means no more plain burgers for our canine friends, because onions are harmful to dogs.

    Good Morning America | 12/15/2021 | Fauci
Reported this morning on Good Morning America: Fauci stated that the original vaccines offer little benefit against the Omicron variant. But that the boosters provide a good defense. Aren't the boosters merely another dose of the original vaccine? It's little wonder that Fauci has little credibility. He first reported that masks offer little to no defense against viruses; now, he wants everyone to mask up? That's all I need to know about his advice.
  • Student - Parent Union as Option to Defend Against Teachers' Unions (Vanity)

How about the creation of a Student - Parent union as a counter to teachers' unions? This could be a stronger political movement, heavier funded, and a much bigger offensive against teachers' unions, because there are many more parents and students than there are teachers. The political potential is boundless. I suspect many donors could be found to support the political aspirations of such an organization, not to mention the potential small donations of the millions of parents. These should be sufficient to get the interest of politicians.

Well, this has been dwelling in the back of my mind, and it finally surfaced. With Hunter Biden's approaching those overseas energy companies for compensation without doing any real work other than the promise of Biden influence, and now Joe Biden in the final running for President, it all came together. Joe is committing to get the U.S. out of the carbon-based energy business - eliminating the competition of all those countries/companies which Hunter and the Biden family has been in bed with. The U.S. right now is the no. 1 oil producing country in the world, and Joe wants to...

What would be the impact on Facebook and Twitter stock value if conservatives abandoned these sites en masse? I just got fed up today when Facebook deleted my second post as "violating community standards". It was an American Thinker article about Hunter Biden, and included the photo of him smoking a crack pipe. The previous one from just a couple of days ago was a meme about being old and not realizing the cause of most injuries is thinking that you can perform the same activities you did when you were younger! With all the censorship of late, I just decided...

BP, Transocean and Halliburton pointed fingers over who bears responsibility for the oil-rig explosion. At hearings Tuesday, Halliburton is expected to describe a failure to place a cement plug within the well before withdrawal of drilling "mud" that kept gas from escaping. Two rig workers corroborated this account.

An Austin congressman said Thursday that he has confirmed that Fort Hood massacre suspect Nidal Malik Hasan wired money to Pakistan, which Muslim extremist groups use as a base to raise funds and carry out terrorist attacks. Rep. Michael McCaul's statement followed a Dallas Morning News report that authorities were looking into whether such wire transfers had occurred. It also came as Army officials announced charges of premeditated murder against Hasan, who could face the death penalty.

Using profane language at times, Wesley Clark II, son of the retired general and current Democratic presidential candidate, blamed the media for his father's lack of success in the primaries. The Gen X screenwriter also suggested that America owed his family greater consideration. "We sacrificed a hell of a lot for this country for 34 years. We lived in a damn trailer when I was a freshman in high school. We always did it because we really believed in this country." A trailer? Oh, the humanity.

BRANDON - Racial politics surfaced in the gubernatorial race Sunday, as Republican Gov. Jeb Bush told largely white crowds that black activists Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were in South Florida on behalf of Democrat Bill McBride - a claim the Democrats both denied and decried. Each camp set out to rally its faithful Sunday. For Bush, that means conservative, mostly white Republicans. For more, go to the source at: http://election2002.tbo.com/election2002/MGAPHX4Y38D.html

Daschle’s Deceptive Approach to Federal Economic PolicyEconomic myths, intentionally spread for political purposes and rarely challenged by the press, are causing headaches for members of Congress trying to find sensible ways to spark growth.Instead of passing bills to stimulate the sluggish economy, the Democratic leadership has wasted its energy blaming all domestic ills on the Republican president, who has had to waste time responding. This strategy of delusion won’t create jobs, but it will help Democratic candidates if voters are gullible enough to buy into it. Among the most outrageous myths is that a small federal tax cut helped put people ...

OK, there’s Waco and a host of other gaffes (some lethal) that besmirch the former attorney general. But one that has received considerable attention in Australia, but little in America, concerns a Reno political foe in Miami, former state Sen. Joe Gersten. According to documents that came to light in Australia, where Gersten now lives, and according to a scathing report by a U.S. Congressional panel, Reno wrongfully used her power to hound Gersten into exile. As Dade State Attorney, her office and cronies in the federal government even participated in an attempted frame-up of Gersten for murder. Documents relating ...

My wife just informed me that MJ Kelly, of the MJ Morning Show, broadcast in Tampa and St. Louis, just stated that Tampa's television Channel 8 (an NBC affiliate) has forbidden their on-air tv personalities to wear red, white, and blue ribbons, because they're (the station) going to question Bush's actions.Has anyone else heard this?

The criticism of President George W. Bush for not rushing back to the White House during Tuesday's terrorist attack is asinine. The president was in Sarasota to speak on education when he learned of the attack on the World Trade Center. He was flown in Air Force One first to Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana and then to Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska before returning to Washington. Some academics and media commentators - including conservative pundits - have demeaned the president for taking the diversionary route. Are they mad?Administration officials say "credible" threats were made against both the White House and Air ...

Rec'd in E-mail....Public Domain | Kansas Opening Senate Session | Minister Joe Wright as modified
Prayer Hello Everyone: I thought you might enjoy this interesting prayer given in Kansas at the opening session of their Senate. It seems prayer still upsets some people. When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities; but this is what they heard: "Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask Your forgiveness and to seek Your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, "Woe to those who call evil good" but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and ...

The fairness of a tax cut for the rich has become a central issue in the presidential campaign, with Al Gore pounding on the point that the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans get nearly half the tax savings under George W. Bush's plan. The New York Times editorialized that to give the wealthiest taxpayers "42.6 percent of a $1.3 trillion tax cut over 10 years makes no sense. ... To oppose that idea is not just populism. It is common sense."What that simplistic conclusion overlooks is that taxpayers of average income now pay far less than average taxes. Because a large ...

You have to believe that the same teacher who can't teach 4th graders how to read is somehow qualified to teach those same kids about sex. 3. You have to believe that guns in the hands of law-abiding Americans are more of a threat than U.S. nuclear weapons technology in the hands of Chinese communists. 4. PHILADELPHIA -- The leaders of the nation's two teachers unions harshly criticized the movement to raise academic standards in public schools Monday, saying in separate speeches that politicians and educators should focus more on developing a challenging curriculum and less on testing students.Opening the American Federation of Teachers biennial convention here Monday morning, Sandra Feldman, the president, said her members were the only professionals expected to invent "their most basic tools" while practicing their craft and called for a national consortium to develop on all subjects.Nearly 800 miles away in Chicago, Robert Chase, the president of the National Education Association, ...

TAMPA - The U.S. Department of Commerce must release records listing all individuals and organizations who have been allowed to export goods and services to Cuba, a federal judge in Tampa ruled this week. U.S. District Judge Richard Lazzara's order brought an end to a lawsuit filed by The St. Petersburg Times and joined by the Tampa Tribune. The newpapers contended that the records, which cover export licenses from 1996 to 1999, are public under the Freedom of Information Act. Congress passed a law in 1979 exempting government license applications from disclosure, but that statute lapsed six years ago. Commerce ...
