I never understood why some people are so attracted to killers and evil people. They write letters to serial killers or even marry them. They remind me of people who are sympathetic with evil figures or those women who convert to Islam. What is with these kind of people? This crime occurred in 1965, but reading this is horrifying. Truly appalling and outrageous. The sick part is, the mother, Gertrude Baniszewski was the one who instigated the whole thing. She was very insecure, extremely religious (no offense to anyone who is religious here), and a raging psychopath. Thankfully, she is dead and rotting away in Hell. Some of the other torturers involved are dead too, including Richard Hobbs, who did most of the dirty work. Her crime would make Hitler or Stalin proud. TruTV-Gertrude Baniszewski

Has anyone here read Dinesh D'Souza's The Roots of Obama's Rage? I happen to read beginning part of it and it is quite interesting about why Barack Obama is the way he is. His mother, Ann Durham, who was a self-hating White person. She was in a relationship with Barack Obama Sr., who was an avowed anti-colonialist from Kenya. He was opposed to Kenya becoming free market. They give birth to Barack Obama Jr., out President. Dunham than moves to Indonesia and marries Lolo Soetero and have a daughter, Maya Soetoro-Ng. Lolo Soetero used to be pro-Communist and anti-American and...

Eight-week-old Saul Castillo, wrapped in a blanket and wearing a green and white hat, died when his tiny 14-gram heart stopped beating, his emaciated body little more than skin wrapped around sunken eyes and protruding bones.

A planned Quran burning Saturday in Amarillo was thwarted by a 23-year-old carrying a skateboard and wearing a T-shirt with "I'm in Repent Amarillo No Joke" scrawled by hand on the back. Jacob Isom, 23, grabbed David Grisham's Quran when he became distracted while arguing with several residents at Sam Houston Park about the merits of burning the Islamic holy book. "You're just trying to start Holy Wars," Isom said of Grisham after he gave the book to a religious leader from the Islamic Center of Amarillo.

This Koran burning shows that these Muslims and leftists clearly are insecure and don't have any faith. Their lack of faith is what they are showing and why they lash out. Religion does not exist in a book or building. Religion exists in your mind and heart. It is between you and whatever you believe in.

A couple of weeks ago, I came home to a distressed message on my answering machine. The voice on the other end exclaimed, “Kim! Where are the white-tailed ptarmigan?!” The distraught messenger is a friend of mine, someone who I consider one of the most knowledgeable and active birders in the Eagle Valley area. She went on to say that during her alpine hikes this summer she's seen plenty of pika but she hasn't seen a single ptarmigan and she wanted me to join her on a mission to find some.

TEXAS CITY, TX (KTRK) -- We have an update on our top story from Wednesday. The owner of a Texas City animal rescue sanctuary is facing a fire storm of criticism after our story on two lost dogs that were not returned to their owner. Now that animal sanctuary owner is talking to us in person about the dogs and the decision to adopt them out. There is no doubt the Whiskerville Animal Sanctuary has helped hundreds of cats and dogs, but it is what happened with two lost dogs that has upset so many people and now the sanctuary...

The leak of private information about Phoebe Prince’s mental-health history is part of a “sick” defense strategy that could backfire against the six South Hadley teenagers charged in connection with her suicide, a former prosecutor said yesterday.

Researchers have attempted to study the affect of prolonged cellphone radiation on the sexual behaviour of male rabbits, and have concluded that there could be some harmful effects. In the research, the results of which have been published in International Journal of Impotence Research, the researchers divided a group of 18 male rabbits into three groups of six. One of which was exposed to radiation from mobile phones on standby (ie no calls were sent or received) operating at 800MHz for eight hours per day for 12 weeks; one group had phones that were switched off; and the third group...

Every time I read about leftists, Islamists, bullies, and their supporters, they share a lot in common I notice. Whether it is Muslims protesting that Danish cartoon, 9/11 or Beslan, Stalin/Hitler, People's Temple, or Lori Drew/South Hadley 6. They feel insecure, persecuted, entitled to everything, no faith, overreact, feel abandoned, and have a chip on their shoulder. They feel like the world did something wrong to them and blame others, usually the victim. Islamists/Terrorist=Insecure, parnoid, bitter, resentful, entitled to everything, no faith, overreact, feel abandoned, blame others, and have a chip on their shoulder. Leftists=Insecure, parnoid, bitter, resentful, entitled to...

Following three months of harassment by fellow students at South Hadley High School, student Phoebe Prince committed suicide. Prince’s reported “bullycide” has brought national scrutiny on the quiet suburban town of South Hadley and provoked a lawsuit against the students involved in the bullying. The prosecution announced on Monday that nine South Hadley students were being indicted on felony charges in the case of Prince’s death. The charges against the students are part of an anti-bullying movement in the state that began following the suicide of Springfield student Carl Walker last year. The students who bullied Phoebe Prince should be...
