One of Trump’s greatest legacies is breaking into the ranks of public and private sector unions.

The first and crucial step to moving the argument back from “race” to the “content of one’s character” is to quit treating all blacks as a monolithic group and start treating criminals as criminals and not as members of some racial group.

When we say x% of crimes are committed by blacks, we’re reinforcing the leftist/Marxist CRT paradigm that blames it on racism. If, however, we point out that x% of blacks commit 100% of black criminal acts, they can’t blame it on racism, since most blacks don’t commit crimes.

For example, the leftist “sentencing project” has a huge headline from 2017 about how 1/3rd of black men have felony convictions (https://www.sentencingproject.org/news/5593/) which is laughable if you want to blame it on racism, as, somehow, then, 2/3rds of black men have avoided felony convictions despite the supposed structural racism. Either they have great lawyers or, more likely, they are leading the life of mainstream America.

The big lie is that race and not culture leads to “disparate outcomes.”

There’s a predatory, dysfunctional, and imbed minority of blacks who account for the bulk of our supposed “injustice.” To admit it would be to have to drop the entire multi-billion $$ and essential Democrat narrative that white supremacy is the root of all evils in our nation.

The Laws of Unintended Consequences are the unwritten laws of the Constitution that ought to shape judicial review.

Unfortunately, the Supreme Court has turned “due process” into “I can do anything.”

A just society would allow for due process and sanction violation of it by both government and individuals. In other words, that criminals can freely and with impunity run from law enforcement is a violation of due process, just as is cops breaking into a house without cause.

Sadly, our society encourages thugs to run since there’s no consequence for it. I’m not saying cops should shoot people in the back, but I am saying that our judicial system has excused, denied, and encouraged lawlessness.

Ah yes, those other 48 black kids killed or maimed over the last week are not worthy of attention, with or without videos.

But a video one black kid resisting arrest while waiving a gun who gets shot by the police whom he was threatening (yes, idiot Mayor, those would be representatives of your government) is “incredibly difficult to watch.”

No, honey, it’s your hypocrisy that is “incredibly difficult to watch.”

I can only suppose it’s not happening on your block, otherwise you’d be watching.

Fairfax Friggin County has 180,000+ students and 4.3% of residents are muzzie, erh, excuse me, Muslim.

So on behalf of, at best, 8,000 students, 172,000 are forbidden from discussing, researching or writing about anything “political.”

Precisely what's going on in urban high-crime areas: the selfish individuals are dominating the altruistic ones. Worse, the left incentivizes the destructive selfishness, thus we get headlines like the one the other day from the grandmother of a 3yo shot and killed, "It's either kill or be killed now."

Effective teaching requires empathy.
