Very happy to see this; someone cares. As I posted at the link below, yesterday, I do not know or understand why anyone would find this acceptable.

If I ran the DOJ (and no, I’m not a lawyer), in every district that held a primary for congress, I’d launch a more focused investigation into fraud and sue the state of CA for depriving its citizens of a republican form of government under the US constitution, violations of the 14th amendment, and civil rights. Hopefully, the pending SCOTUS case will end these election weeks/months but certainly as we head into November, there is, IMO, a case to be made that if CA persists in doing this BS in federal elections, it ought to be severely penalized.

Yeah, I’ve seen similar reports, and I’ve noted an emphasis on when “all” the votes have been counted. What utter BS.

What is wrong with these people? And yes, I know, it's true for the entire country, mostly blue states...unbelievable.

Wow! Five months to November, and 40 work days in the House, 53 in the Senate. Just incredible especially as the Rs nominally control both houses, and the presidency; what a waste.

This is interesting, and I don’t understand it. Immigrants are typically not processed for citizenship abroad as there is usually a five year permanent residency requirement before applying. I do not know how the government, or an NGO, can just hand out passports (which requires citizenship) to hordes of immigrants in a foreign country. If this were true, in whatever country, why didn’t they do it right here for all the “asylum seekers”? Is there some sort of parole/asylum program that grants immediate citizenship? Maybe, but I have not heard of such.

It’s this kind of attitude that perpetuates fraud. But, as some have noted above, the math makes it not worth the trouble to them, I guess. A bank reports >$600 deposits to the government (don’t know if this is still the case) but ongoing criminal activities that in some cases cost customers (no reimbursements), are not.

Yeah, they did reimburse the full amount, and a police report was filed. See also my post 13.

Thanks. I understand the math, and I wasn’t suggesting the bank going to court; how about at least filing a report with the FBI or some such? They must have video of the perp(s) at the branch in FL where this happened...surely, something proactive can be done. If nothing else, the effort should focus on stopping what must be a racket.

Thanks; to be clear, this didn’t happen online, but at an ATM at a Chase branch. A four digit pin is normally used with the debit card.

This being the NY Post, I’m surprised the headline didn’t say, “POTUS (Or Trump) Grabs a “Pu$$y”...which would have been an appropriate description of Colbert...

To repeat the question, how is this possible - the easy duplication of the country's largest bank documentation, and the fact that not a single law enforcement entity will be alerted in what is a multi-state crime.

Is this sort of like voting machines/tabulators where a single ballot can be scanned a million times, and be counted every single time as opposed to just once? Who the hell design these things?

A work of art, and I’m sorry that Waters spouts off on things political, etc., but whenever I hear this, I forget his nonsense. This is awesome. Ever since that horrid little prick (”ill” papa) started dabbling in politics, I started thinking that he (POTUS) should do stuff like this, that is, doing something the pope and other religious leaders should be doing instead of pontificating on politics. I think POTUS ought to take it much further, fwiw.
