Deportation for deportation’s sake on an immigration law system that is subject to interpretation doesn’t make sense, except, of course, for those who commit other crimes while here.

My 2 cents: It’s time for a scalpel: deport the ones who AREN’T working and the ones who are otherwise living on taxpayer dollar. Then, post the jobs of those currently employed, and fill them with as many as people as possible who are here legally. And keep those jobs posted until they’re filled with legal workers.

I don’t know. You raise taxes in people making over, say, $400K, and you’re guaranteed income to start on debt reduction. You cut taxes for those people, and you risk increasing the debt. Maybe the tax cuts will help for the midterms, because people like tax cuts, and they don’t really understand the debt issue. But it’s becoming time to pay the piper.

I think it’s about more than Trump’s health; his health and competence are as obvious as Biden’s lack thereof.

It’s about scrutinizing everything Trump does; a call for, e.g., more lawfare and rogue district court decisions, because we can’t trust the executive and his handlers to do what’s best for the country.

I think that whatever will follow wokeism will be a function of how AI affects our lives. From what I’ve seen thus far and the potential for erasing most human jobs, we’re looking at man versus machine, the ultimate “class” war. We’ll all be united against the tyranny of the machines and their creators. One can only hope that AI will be used for the good of humanity, but history doesn’t support that potential outcome.

You can’t reason with Muslims. As for leftists, they are the antithesis of reasonable. But this is all because of our immigration policies of the last 20 years or so. Cultural clashes of immigrants is a big factor that led to the downfall of Rome.

Weakening and dead batteries are my biggest pet leaves with today’s technology. That, and the fact that there is little one can do to fix them even if the battery is good.

Sorry, I still have lots of control over my gas powered vehicles, and there is not one gigantic item the failure of which will total them.

Am I the only one that thinks that 50-cents for an egg is cheap, healthy eats relative to other foods? Three eggs and you have yourself a good start to decent meal with about 200 calories. Add in a 50-cent potato, and you have a full energy-stocked meal that will keep your belly full until lunch. For $2.00 (plus cooking energy cost). OR am I coming off as a wealthy elitist?

Nuthin’ wrong with Ukraine “paying for” US support; when Trump finally makes a deal with the Ruskies, Ukraine will profit going forward from its joint effort with the US on the minerals. Win-win, as they say.
