I was speaking with a high-ranking GOP conservative congressman yesterday. We agreed there is room for one, possibly two of these investigations. But as shown with the hoax Jan. 6 PATRIOT DAY trials, the American public is tired of this and the GOP better be ready to advance real legislation-—even if they know it will get vetoed-—that will show they actually feel Americans’ pain.

So pick one or two.

Gets better: the Fifth Circuit will hear Biteme’s appeal on the DACA case (was struck down when Trump did it, but only for “administrative” reasons; then a judge struck it down, and Biteme appealed).

The panel is three very solid conservatives, one a Trump pick to the 5th, another a Thomas clerk, and the third was filibustered by SpewMore til the 2005 “Gang of 14” deal.

Yes. I’m almost sure it was Sotomayor’s clerk, but certainly she knew about it, which is why no one wants to do anything.

Actually, though, the leak probably did us a big favor, because it helped spread out the “rage” over a period of weeks. I think if the decision had just “come down,” the protests would have been worse. As it is, this is old news.

Don’t forget today or tomorrow we will likely get a USSC decision on global warming that won’t be pretty for the gubment. It’s the greenweenies’ turn to go nuts. Oh, and don’t forget the prayer/praying coach case. That could be fun too.

Baris has been tracking this. FL for ex went from a +1m D lead in 2012 to an R lead of over 130,000. That’s a 1.13m shift in a decade. PA has seen a similar, though not quite as huge, shift of well over 100,000. Same with NC. AZ recovered back to where it was in 2016 after seeing the GOP lead in registrations drop to 110,000. Now we’re back to over 140,000 and gaining. NC ditto. OH ditto.

First, there is no evidence whatsoever that Roberts “sought to alter” the draft report.

If you read the draft, and the final, the only thing that happened was that a) Alito directly responded to the dissents in detail, and b) Roberts’s concurrence, which I examine at length in Today’s News at www.uncoverdc.com, was extensive. These both take an exceptional amount of time to write. Alito had to look at every case the dissenters cited, and then find his own case law.

So I think Roberts was far too busy on his concurrence to bother trying to change minds, which he knew wasn’t going to happen anyway. If ACB and Kavanaugh, who HAD THEIR LIVES THREATENED and had stalkers outside their homes, weren’t moved by that, they sure weren’t gonna be moved by little Johnny’s petitions.

Not to sound harsh, but I’ve been posting that Sri Lanka was collapsing for a month. This is taking a long time to collapse.

The blessings of God are about to be poured out on the red states that follow through. Just watch. It will be like Goshen in Egypt. Light, prosperity, health vs. decay and death.

This is 100% true. Trump credit’s GOD, FAUX ignores that says Trump credits the court.

Then, gee. Our job is to turn blue states red.

Funny, I could have sworn Trump said “GOD gave us this decision.” Guess FAUX can’t even quote Trump right.

Supes also ruled positively in NC GOP’s favor on redistricting.

So far, Supes are really, really strong this term. The SEC decision (which was I think a 4th Circuit) was also huge.

Now, when they come in on Dobbs and the EPA, you will be able to drive from Kollyfornia to NY by the light of exploding lib heads.
